    I have been doing 100 to 300 push-up every day for the past year, but I ended up purchasing it while looking for the push-up bar because my wrist had a scratch.
    First of all, when pushing up, the wrist does not load.
    And if you secure the push-up bar according to the location written on the board…
    I am exercising according to that area.
    I only had chest exercises after doing a regular push-up.
    It was great to be able to exercise on your shoulder, chest, thumbs, and back as you used this product.
    One thing that is disappointing would have been better if the cushion was applied to the handle.
